Will the Real Estate Market Turnaround be next year?

You might answer that by saying “yes” or “no” or “maybe”.

But you also could say “it depends”.

If you said Yes or No it sounds like you are sure of the outcome and it's already a forgone conclusion. So there is nothing to do but wait for the outcome and observe the results.

If you said maybe, that sounds like to don’t have enough information to be able to tell what is going to happen. Sort of sounds like you are just going to get whatever happens. Meaning that it’s a matter of luck, maybe it will or maybe it won’t.

If you said it depends, that sounds like the result of what will happen is more in your hands. Meaning, that you can possibly determine the results by something that you did. If that’s true there must be a way to then identify just what that “something” is. Or another way to put it is there must be a way to visualize the process and route to get there.

Certainly being better prepared having the right tools and understanding of the processes can start the shift from "maybe" to "it depends".
